Biography
These Edmonton-based, progressive, noisy, DIY avant-rockers give punk rock a good name. Withing the sharp, quick, shredded blasts of joyous, destructive and sometimes off-putting intensity, genuine pop hooks and non-saccharine, relatively catchy melodies emerge. It's in those moments within songs that themselves often last mere moments that the true brilliance of Gift Eaters can be appreciated.
