Biography
Eamon McGrath is a folk music and punk rock musician from Edmonton, Alberta. He performs solo but also with a backing band, The Wild Dogs. On his own, his live performances are folk-oriented, where McGrath plays songs from his discography, but with the Wild Dogs the live show takes on a much more high-energy, punk rock influenced vein."

McGrath records primarily on his own at his home in Edmonton and releases albums independently in Canada and through a number of record labels, including Canada's White Whale Records who recently signed McGrath at the tail end of 2008. This year also saw McGrath undergo three cross-Canada tours and two North American tours in support of the record "Wild Dogs," released on Edmonton's Champion City Records. 2008 saw McGrath write, record and release 10 separate records on a discography that is 18 releases long. On April 28, 2009, White Whale Records released McGrath's most recent offering, "13 Songs Of Whiskey and Light." This album is a of compilation of previously recorded works.
